Madness2 The track sounds like its clipping & it sounds far too distorted, the actual track layout sounds great and the ideas here are top notch but id go back to your mix and work on the distortion etc, your high end in the master if you did one sounds a bit much but dont take any of this as critism you have good talent keep it up and youll far my freind 😁

thanks! and fair enough, although a good amount of the distortion and clipping was actually intentional to add loudness and to give the in-your-face sound i wanted. but whatever, in retrospect i could have done better with this tune :P
